Bomberman '93 (Japan) (Special Version) is a variant of the Bomberman '93 title for the PC-FX. The 'Special Version' designation suggests that this release includes additional content, modified gameplay, or enhanced features not present in the standard Bomberman '93 version.  The additional content could involve new levels, game modes, characters, or possibly even visual or sound upgrades.  Like other entries in the series, this version was developed by Konami. The PC-FX's limitations would have naturally influenced the game's design.
