Ninja Gaiden, a classic action-platformer, initially launched on the NES in 1988. Its side-scrolling action, challenging difficulty, and memorable soundtrack quickly made it a beloved title. The Lynx port, while boasting similar gameplay, had to compromise some visual fidelity due to the handheld's technical limitations. The game features Ryu Hayabusa, a ninja warrior, battling hordes of enemies with his arsenal of throwing weapons, katanas, and shurikens. Development and publishing was handled by Tecmo, showcasing their iconic ninja hero on a new platform.
