Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom is a direct sequel to the original Ninja Gaiden, also known for its demanding gameplay and impressive visuals for the time. It features more elaborate level designs and introduces new enemies and weapons. The Lynx version, while again a faithful adaptation, showcases the platform's unique capabilities to make the game portable. Though technically challenging, it was worth playing for dedicated fans of the series. The game was developed and published by Tecmo.
